Ben Day Dots Shader for Blender

Ben Day Dots like material for Blender. The same technique used for Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse (but now in Blender). Instead of using CMY primaries, this shader uses RGB primaries since CMYK does not work properly in a light-focused shader.
